Well, it appears the markets have shown us some better news in the past several weeks. There
is no doubt there still are many months ahead of difficult times for many industries but at least I
believe we can see light at the end of the tunnel.

The Federal Government has just come up with a new budget which includes an increase on the
age tax credit, a home renovation credit, changes to the home buyers plan , a first time home
buyer tax credit , and a few other minor changes. For your convenience, we’re providing you
with a link to the summary of this budget.

Manulife has just issued the spring edition of their Solutions Magazine, please follow the link to

As I am writing this memo the sun is shining and it looks like we are finally seeing SPRING
arrive.
