We are well into the fall now and with the changing season I am pleased to send you our quarterly newsletter featuring exciting updates at the Braley Winton Financial Group.

First and foremost, I am pleased to announce that we have opened our MORTGAGE DIVISION. Whether you are looking to buy your first home, refinance your current mortgage or smart-size the family home, our mortgage brokers are here to help you find the best possible rate.

Many Canadians are choosing to use a mortgage broker over traditional methods and for good reasons.  It is important to remember that a mortgage broker works for YOU, and not for a financial lender.  By using a mortgage broker, lenders will need to compete for your business, thus providing you with the greatest advantage. 

Our mortgage division naturally led us to form an association with André Cloutier a Quebec certified Notary. The purpose of a notary is to ensure that the process of buying your home goes as smoothly as possible. A notary provides legal advice, drafts legal documents, authenticates those documents and keeps records of all transactions.

Mr. Cloutier’s notarial services are not limited to homebuyers.  Services such as WILLS,  POWER OF ATTORNEY and ESTATE SETTLEMENT are also available to all Braley Winton clients should you require them.

Our expansion has also led to more renovations at our office on Saint-Jean’s boulevard.  In addition to our 4th floor location, we now occupy three beautifully renovated offices on the 3rd floor.  It is here that you can meet with our mortgage broker and/or notary to discuss any questions you may have.
